Our 4-stage brand enlightenment process (researching and testing brand USP, values, hierarchy, and positioning) resulted in an approach to communicate FSB as a service no small business should be without, through a 12-month communications strategy.

Execution

We produced a suite of new brand assets including mission statement, brand guidelines, updated logo, and tone of voice. We also created a suite of videos for online and brand launch.

These were then translated into a series of press ads, emails and online assets.
