Our 4-stage brand enlightenment process (researching and testing brand USP, values, hierarchy, and positioning) resulted in an approach that was a brand evolution rather than revolution. We created a suite of assets including new brand guidelines, logo, tone of voice, look & feel, and launch video.
An updated visual palette was designed complete with new photography to achieve a positive emotional response. To compliment this, we developed a tone of voice that was real, honest and non-condescending, which spoke not only to Saffron Guardians, but engaged with new customers.
Saffron’s flower logo, something unique in the marketplace, was developed so that its petal shape was seamlessly integrated into brand communications to achieve dynamism and a friendly, organic feel.
A brand new website was launched with the updated look and feel.
